Yes, there is a minimum order quantity of 6 bakes for delivery. If you have fewer than 6 bakes in your cart, the website will automatically display an alert and will not allow you to complete your checkout until the minimum is met.

Yes! Ordering your fresh bakes for collection is simple!

1.Place Your Order: Choose your bakes, select click and collect to by- pass the MOQ. Select the Pick up option at checkout instead of shipping. You will receive an immediate Order Confirmation email showing your receipt.

2.We prepare your order: Please do not head to the bakery yet, as your items are not ready to collect as soon as you order. Orders placed by Friday 6pm will be ready for collection on Saturday between 3-5pm

3.Wait for Your Ready Notification: Once your bakes are out of the oven, cooled, and packed, we will send you a second email titled "Your order is ready for pickup".

4.Collect Your Bakes: Once you receive that second notification, you must arrive to collect your treats within 30 minutes. Please bring your order number or confirmation email with you. Our bakery is located at our home address- 30 Carlyle crescent WF10 3AU.

Our bakes stay freshest for around one week from delivery. Every item arrives Best Before Date (BBD) so you know exactly when to enjoy it.

You can extend their shelf life up to 2 weeks by keeping them well-covered in an airtight container inside the fridge. This also gives items like brownies and blondies a delicious, extra-fudgy texture!

You can browse our collection online, choose your favourite treats, and place your order directly through our website.

Yes! Nationwide delivery is available for our postal bakes, Brownie and cookie gift boxes.

We bake everything fresh to order and operate on a single weekly dispatch day to ensure maximum freshness.

Order Window: Our website is open for orders from Monday to Friday. Orders close on Friday evening- 6pm

Baking: All treats are baked fresh over the weekend.

Dispatch: Your order will be shipped on Monday morning via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Delivery: Royal Mail aims to deliver your box on Tuesday. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

Yes. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please note that we see the exact same tracking data that you do, so we are unable to provide any additional location updates beyond what is shown on your link.

We ask that you please wait at least 7 working days from your dispatch date before contacting us regarding a missing delivery. If your order has still not arrived after 7 days, please get in touch, and we will issue a gift card or a discount code so you can place a re-order.
