What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Our minimum order for custom corporate branding is a single tray of 12 cupcakes or a batch of 24 biscuits.

What is your standard lead time for bulk orders?

We require a minimum of 14 working days for bulk orders to ensure absolute freshness, though we recommend booking earlier to secure your date.

How are the corporate treats packaged?

Cupcakes are secured in heavy-duty, protective catering trays. Biscuits are provided individually wrapped in clear, cellophane bags, perfect for trade show giveaways.

Can you ship your bakes nationwide?

We ship Biscuits, Cookies, Brownies and treat boxes across the UK in secure postal boxes so they arrive fresh and beautifully packaged.

Celebration cakes, Wedding cakes and Cupcakes are not shipped and are only available for local delivery or collection.

What file format do you need for our company logo?

We accept high-resolution JPEG or PNG files. Crisp, clean transparent backgrounds work best for our edible printing and logo stamps.

Can you match our exact corporate brand colours?

We match colours as accurately as possible using premium edible food colourings. Please note slight variations may occur due to the natural baking and icing process

What is the shelf-life of your branded biscuits and cupcakes?

Our custom cupcakes are best enjoyed within 2 to 3 days of delivery. Our heat-sealed logo biscuits remain perfectly fresh for up to 4 weeks

Do you cater to dietary requirements like Vegan or Gluten-Free?

We are happy to accommodate certain dietary preferences such as vegetarian options or flavour adjustments wherever possible.

However, please note that our kitchen handles ingredients including NUTS, DAIRY, WHEAT, EGGS, and other common allergens. Because of this, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment and unfortunately are unable to cater for customers with food allergies or severe intolerances.
