How are your orders delivered and collected?

All biscuits and cookies are carefully packaged in protective boxes and shipped nationwide across the UK. Orders typically arrive within 1-3 working days. Local customers can also collect directly from our Castleford bakery.

How long does it take to prepare and dispatch an order?

Most biscuit and cookie orders can be dispatched within 24-48 hours. Custom decorated cookies or large corporate orders may require 5-7 days notice. All items are baked fresh to order.

How much do biscuits and cookies cost?

Individual cookies start from £2.50 each, with gift boxes ranging from £12-£35 depending on size and selection. Corporate orders and bulk discounts are available.

How long do biscuits and cookies stay fresh?

Our biscuits and cookies have a shelf life of 7-10 days when stored in a cool, dry place. Each package includes storage instructions and best-before dates.

Can you create custom-decorated biscuits?

Yes! I offer custom Biscuits using edible images and embossers which are hand-painted, perfect for special occasions, corporate events, and personalised gifts. Popular designs include logos, names, dates, and themed decorations.

Do you offer gift wrapping and personalised messages?

Absolutely! All orders can include gift wrapping and personalised messages. Perfect for sending directly to recipients across the UK.

Our gift boxes feature a curated selection of our most popular biscuits and cookies, beautifully arranged and packaged. Contents vary by season and can be customised.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Our bakes are made in a kitchen that handles all major allergens. Because of this, we unfortunately cannot guarantee our products are free from traces of Nut, Peanut, Gluten, Dairy, Soya, or Egg. We do not accommodate severe dietary restrictions or allergies.
