    Fill in our wedding enquiry form to get the ball rolling. This is where you spill all the details: your date, venue, guest count, and any mood boards you’ve been daydreaming over. Tell us your wildest design ideas and budget so we can understand exactly what you are picturing.

  • 2. Let's See What's Possible

    Once I've had a look through your details and checked my studio calendar, I’ll pop up in your inbox. I'll send over some exciting initial design concepts alongside a realistic, transparent pricing guide tailored to your ideas so you know exactly where we stand.

  • 3. Lock In Your Date

    Ready to make some magic happen? To officially reserve your wedding date in the Decadent Bites baking schedule, we require a 50% non-refundable booking deposit. Because we only take on a limited number of bespoke weddings each week, this ensures your spot is completely secure.

  • 4. Down To The Details

    Once we have a direction we both love, I'll put pencil to paper and create a bespoke design sketch just for you. This is also the perfect time to purchase one of our luxury flavour sample boxes (subject to availability) so you can taste test our delicious sponges and premium fillings in the comfort of your own home.

  • 5. The Final Check-in

    One month before you say "I do", we will catch up to lock everything in. We will double-check your final guest numbers, confirm the decorative details, and sync up on the exact delivery timings for your venue so everything runs like clockwork.

  • 6. The Big Day

    The moment you’ve been waiting for! While you are getting ready and celebrating, I’ll handle the heavy lifting. I will personally deliver, assemble, and style your show-stopping centerpiece directly at your Yorkshire venue, leaving you with a cake everyone will be talking about long after the last bite.

Do you deliver and set up wedding cakes?

Yes, we deliver and set up wedding cakes at venues across Yorkshire, including Leeds, York, Harrogate and Wakefield (delivery fees apply).

How far in advance should I order a wedding cake?

We recommend booking your wedding cake 3–6 months in advance to secure your date, especially for peak wedding season. Last-minute orders may be possible depending on availability.

Do you make custom designs?

Yes, Nosheen specialises in bespoke designs for wedding cakes. You can choose flavours, styles, and even add branding or personal touches.

Do you cater for allergies and preferences?

We are happy to accommodate certain dietary preferences such as vegetarian options or flavour adjustments wherever possible.

However, please note that our kitchen handles ingredients including nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, and other common allergens. Because of this, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment and unfortunately are unable to cater for customers with food allergies or severe intolerances.

How do I place an order?

Start by browsing our previous cakes for inspiration, then submit an enquiry through our online form with your wedding details, date, and design ideas.

Nosheen will personally review your enquiry and get in touch within 24–48 hours to discuss your vision, flavours, and styling options.

To secure your wedding date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required once your design and quote are confirmed. The remaining balance is due one month before your wedding day.
