How are your orders delivered and collected?

Cupcakes are available for collection from our Castleford studio or can be delivered across Yorkshire including Leeds, Wakefield, York, and surrounding areas. For customers outside Yorkshire, 

How long does it take to prepare and dispatch an order?

We recommend ordering cupcakes 24-48 hours in advance for standard designs. Custom decorated cupcakes may require 48-72 hours notice. Minimum order of 12 cupcakes for delivery.

How much do cupcakes cost?

Standard cupcakes start from £3.50 each, with custom-decorated cupcakes ranging from £4.50-£7.50 depending on design complexity. Bulk orders and corporate discounts are available.

What's the minimum order for cupcakes?

Minimum order is 12 cupcakes for collection and 12 cupcakes for local delivery. We are unfortunately unable to provide UK postal deliveries for cupcakes.

Can you create branded cupcakes for corporate events?

Yes! We specialise in corporate cupcakes with company logos and brand colours.  Perfect for meetings, launches, and client gifts.

How long do cupcakes stay fresh?

Our cupcakes are best enjoyed within 2-3 days of baking. They should be stored in a cool, dry place. 

Do you offer cupcake towers for weddings?

Absolutely! Cupcake towers are a popular alternative to traditional wedding cakes. We can create elegant displays with flavours and decorations to match your wedding theme.

Can cupcakes be shipped across the UK?

Due to their delicate nature, our cupcakes cannot be shipped via UK-wide post. They are available exclusively for local delivery or for collection from our Castleford studio.
