It's got to be a tall wedding cake or a celebration cake! I love freestyling designs and letting my creativity run wild! Every cake becomes its own little piece of art- and i love seeing how a simple idea turns into something unforgettable for a couples special day.

2. Worst Baking Nightmare?
It has to be the time a cake decided to bulge thanks to a heatwave! I spent the entire night fixing it- stripping it back layer by layer and rebuilding it, this time chilling each layer as I went. It was stressful but in the end, the cake was saved and delivered on time and the customer had no idea what drama had gone on behind the scenes.!

3. Best Baking Memory?
Delivering my first 5-tier wedding cake. Watching the couple’s faces light up? Totally worth the all-nighter.

4. What’s Nosheen’s Go-To Treat?
A slice of classic Victoria sponge with a strong Yorkshire tea. Simple, but proper good.
