Celebration Orders
To secure your date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Your date is held for 24 hours from the invoice date. The booking is only confirmed once the deposit is paid.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid 1 week before your collection date.
Orders under £50 must be paid in full at the time of booking. Any requested delivery fees will be included in your final agreed price.
Cake Storage & Care:
For Buttercream cakes: Store your whole cake in the fridge to keep it in perfect condition.
For Fondant-covered cakes: Store your whole cake in a cool, dry place on your countertop.
After cutting, store leftover cake at room temperature, preferably in an airtight container. When serving, allow cake slices to reach room temperature before eating for the best taste. Please consume your cake within 5 days of collection.
A complete cake care guide and transport guide will be sent to you upon booking.
Wedding Cakes
All wedding cakes are custom-priced. Quotes are valid, and dates are held, for 1 week.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding date. Dates are not locked in until this is paid.
The remaining 50% balance is invoiced and due 4 weeks before your wedding day.
Wedding orders placed with less than 4 weeks' notice must be paid in full immediately.
Payment plans can be arranged upon order confirmation if requested. Any design or order modifications must be requested at least 6 weeks before the wedding.
Once the cake is delivered and set up at your venue, we are no longer liable for any damage.
We require a minimum booking fee of £500.00 for wedding cakes. Travel and delivery expenses are not included in these minimum fees. All initial booking fees and deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
To keep communication clear, we only accept enquiries or changes from the bride or the primary person responsible for the booking. We cannot communicate with bridesmaids or other relatives.
Change requests must be sent by phone, letter, or email as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability.
If you cancel your booking or reduce your order size after paying the deposit, the following fees apply based on your wedding date:
6+ Months Notice: No extra billing (deposit remains non-refundable).
3 to 6 Months Notice: You must pay 50% of the remaining balance for the cancelled services.
1 to 2 Months Notice: You must pay 75% of the remaining balance for the cancelled services.
Under 1 Month Notice: No refunds are given, and the full remaining balance is due.
Official Notice: Cancellations must be submitted in writing by the person named on the booking form. The cancellation becomes official on the day we receive your letter.
We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, such as severe weather or unexpected traffic.
No refunds or financial compensation will be offered if these delays cause us to exceed our allocated setup time or if services are missed as a result.
We maintain strict health and safety standards. In the highly unlikely event of property damage or personal injury caused by equipment failure or oversight, please contact us immediately to discuss the matter or seek legal advice.
Non-Edible Elements: Some decorative features such as custom cake toppers, structural elements, and specific decorations are strictly non-edible and must be removed before slicing.
Fresh Flowers: By selecting a design featuring fresh flowers, you acknowledge that these florals are for decoration only. All fresh flowers must be fully removed before cutting and serving the cake.
Structural Supports (Dowels): All cakes consisting of two or more tiers contain internal dowels to support the weight and structure. These supports are non-edible and must be safely removed before consumption.
Freshness & Storage: Every order is baked fresh using high-quality ingredients. It is your responsibility to follow all provided care instructions and ensure the items are stored correctly after handover.
Agreement: By paying your deposit, you officially agree to all the terms and conditions outlined above.
