Can i order online and collect?

Yes! Ordering your fresh bakes for collection is simple!

1.Place Your Order: Select the Pick up option at checkout instead of shipping. You will receive an immediate Order Confirmation email showing your receipt.

2.We prepare your order: Please do not head to the bakery yet, as your items are not ready to collect as soon as you order.

3.Wait for Your Ready Notification: Once your bakes are out of the oven, cooled, and packed, we will send you a second email titled "Your order is ready for pickup".

4.Collect Your Bakes: Once you receive that second notification, you must arrive to collect your treats within 30 minutes. Please bring your order number or confirmation email with you. Our bakery is located at our home address- 30 Carlyle crescent WF10 3AU.

How long do the bakes stay fresh?

Our bakes stay freshest for around one week from delivery. Every item arrives Best Before Date (BBD) so you know exactly when to enjoy it.

You can extend their shelf life up to 2 weeks by keeping them well-covered in an airtight container inside the fridge. This also gives items like brownies and blondies a delicious, extra-fudgy texture!

How can I place an order for your bakes?

You can browse our collection online, choose your favourite treats, and place your order directly through our website.

Can Cake Shed Bakes orders be shipped across the UK?

Nationwide delivery is available for our postal bakes, Brownie and cookie gift boxes.

When will my bakes be despatched?

We bake everything fresh to order. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 -48 hours. You will receive a tracking confirmation email the moment your order leaves our kitchen.

Can I track my parcel?

Yes. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please note that we see the exact same tracking data that you do, so we are unable to provide any additional location updates beyond what is shown on your link.

My parcel is delayed. What should I do?

We ask that you please wait at least 7 working days from your dispatch date before contacting us regarding a missing delivery. If your order has still not arrived after 7 days, please get in touch, and we will issue a gift card or a discount code so you can place a re-order.

I dont like the flavour. Can i get a refund?

Taste is completely subjective to each individual, so we cannot offer refunds or replacements if you simply do not enjoy a specific flavour profile or item.
